Pete did me just what I needed and there is 2 structures on my lot at one address.pete did the job beautifully ,he was easy to talk to the report and pics were 20 pages long.if your looking for home inspection and you see this page,don’t waste anymore time second guessing,tell him what you need and he will match that prospective,Great job,

Found Peter @ Zazzara Plumbing off Craigslist. Texted my issue and sent pictures, he replied within minutes. Most plumbers ball park the estimate since they are not on-site or either will need to come on-site before providing. I had full access to my leaking pipe drain and Peter was willing to facetime, so he was able to provide a more accurate estimate. In fact, I think facetime was just as good as him being on-site, because I was able to reach in the wall and give him up close images of the slow leak. Peter arrived on-time the following business day, repaired the leaking drain, and his estimate was spot on (no up charges). I will contact him on my next plumbing issue.

Peter came out and did a Tankless water heater on a Saturday for me in Newport Beach. I hadn’t had hot water in 2 days and didn’t want to wait all weekend. He came through! Install is very clean, works perfectly, and got it done in 3 or 4 hours. I shopped him on pricing and couldn’t find a lower price after calling 4 other plumbers. I highly recommend Zazzara’s based on price, install quality, and convenience! Thanks Peter!

Peter went above and beyond to get our dog grooming tub installed in the garage. He ran into several unanticipated issues, but he persevered and was able to finish the job on time and at the price we agreed upon.
